Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cristian Bențe
Vice-Rector for Academic Strategy and Study Programs, university lecturer in the field of social and human sciences. He has over 15 years of experience in academic management and in developing educational programs adapted to students’ needs and labor market requirements.
Throughout his career, he has held positions such as Director of the Department of Social and Humanistic Sciences and Dean of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences, actively contributing to supporting students’ educational and professional paths.
He has been involved in coordinating and implementing educational and research projects, including projects for digitizing educational processes, projects regarding graduates’ transition to the labor market, and national studies monitoring graduates’ professional integration.
Coordinator · Psychologist
Wild Karol
CCOC Director, psychotherapist and executive coach. He specializes in psychotherapy for adults with personality disorders, treating individuals with addictions, severe depression, and relationship difficulties. He has 17 years of experience in psychological services and coaching, working both in his own practice and for renowned companies.
At CCOC, he provides short-term psychotherapy, initiates and organizes multiple activities and workshops.
Psychologist
Salomie Mihaela-Isabela
Clinical psychologist with interdisciplinary training in counseling and psychological assessment, work psychology, organizational and transportation psychology. She has training in psycho-oncology, counseling patients with chronic diseases, increasing treatment adherence, and emotional balance.
At CCOC, she contributes through an empathetic approach to student integration through career guidance activities, personal development, and psychoeducation.
About the center
The primary objective is for students and graduates to recognize their professional skills and interests, enabling them to make appropriate career choices aligned with their psychological profile, aspirations, and chosen fields of study.
The Lifelong Career Counseling and Guidance Center supports UVVG students and graduates in making informed educational and professional decisions — in accordance with the demands of professions and the requirements of the socio-economic development of Romanian and European society.
The center operates based on institutional documents approved by UVVG’s governing bodies. All founding acts and regulations are available in the document management system:

The Center monitors the professional trajectory of all UVVG faculty graduates. The collected data contributes to the improvement of study programs and to the updating of guidance services according to labor market realities.
