The ANELIS PLUS Consortium

Since 2016, UVVG has been a member of the ANELIS PLUS consortium (National Electronic Access to Scientific Literature to Support Romania’s Research and Education System). The project provides Romanian universities with collective access to major international scientific publishing platforms, at costs that no institution could sustain individually. Through this affiliation, UVVG students, faculty, and researchers can consult eight reference databases—from clinical medical journals to case law and social sciences—at no additional cost beyond their membership in the university community.

ELSEVIER SCIENCEDIRECT FREEDOM COLLECTION

Elsevier

One of the world’s most extensive research platforms: 31,733 publications, including over 4,000 journals and 27,000 e-books. It covers physics and engineering (1,262 journals), life sciences (1,222), medicine (1,951), and social sciences and humanities (770).

WEB OF SCIENCE + MASTER JOURNAL LIST

Clarivate Analytics

The global benchmark for measuring academic impact. Web of Science Core Collection indexes over 34,000 unique journals, with 150 million records and 1.5 billion cited references. The Master Journal List helps researchers identify suitable journals for publication—including indexing in Biological Abstracts, BIOSIS, Chemical Information, and more.

SPRINGERLINK JOURNALS

Springer Nature

Over 12 million resources, including 6.4 million articles, 248,000 books, and 4.2 million chapters. Covered fields include biomedicine, computer science, law, engineering, psychology, earth sciences, history, and literature, among others.

WILEY JOURNALS

Wiley

Access to over 1,600 journals and 21,000 e-books, with 200 million cited references. A wide range of disciplines: accounting, agriculture, biochemistry, chemistry, anthropology, aquaculture, archaeology, and medical biosciences, among others.

CAMBRIDGE JOURNALS

Over 420 peer-reviewed journals in the humanities, social sciences, technical fields, and medicine. Remote access is available via an individual account created on info-edu.ro.

SAGE JOURNALS

SAGE Publishing

Over 1,200 journals across all academic disciplines: education, psychology, management, sociology, communication, public health, and many more. Mobile access via the account created on www.e-nformation.ro.

CLINICALKEY

Elsevier

Clinical search engine: medical and surgical books and journals, videos, multimedia, and clinical studies across more than 40 specialties. Remote access is enabled by creating an account with your @uvvg.ro address on clinicalkey.com, then activating the Remote Access option.

COMPLETE ANATOMY

Elsevier / 3D4Medical

The most advanced 3D anatomy platform: over 17,000 individually selectable structures, organized in layers and 12 body systems. Download from the App Store or Google Play; activation is done with your @uvvg.ro address while connected to the institutional network.

A digital medical resource with over 5,000 case-based questions linked to detailed clinical articles. All content is written and reviewed by an editorial team of over 60 physicians and updated regularly.

Access to Romanian legislation updated daily, European legislation, legal dictionaries, case law, legal doctrine, and normative acts. Essential for students and faculty in the Faculty of Legal Sciences.

SINTACT

Wolters Kluwer

High-performance legal search engine—accessible from any device with an internet connection. The individual account is created on sintact.ro using the institutional email address @uvvg.ro.

How to get access

Three ways to access the resources, depending on where you are.

Option 1

ON CAMPUS

When connected to UVVG’s Wi-Fi or LAN network, access is automatic via institutional IP. No additional authentication is required for ANELIS databases.

Option 2

FROM HOME – VIA E-NFORMATION.RO

Create an individual account on www.e-nformation.ro using your @uvvg.ro address. Available for: ScienceDirect, Web of Science, SpringerLink, Wiley, Sage, and Cambridge Journals.

Option 3

INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT ON THE RESOURCE PLATFORM

Some platforms (ClinicalKey, UpToDate, Sintact) require you to create an account directly on their website using your @uvvg.ro address. Activation guides are available at the library or by email at biblioteca@uvvg.ro.
